Pauline was no nice and welcoming. I'm new to the area and was looking for somewhere to get my Botox done at! She was super informative and welcoming. I didn't feel like It was an unwelcoming environment or judgy at all, the staff at the front was super friendly and nice as well! They didn't make you feel like a stranger. I also will be going back to get my lips done soon!

Okay story time: I moved to TX from California and was nervous about getting tox out here. You know Californians are known for their beauty regimen, and well, Texas not so much... researched the area and found this spot. Called, made an appointment and was able to get in quick. I've been to top tier cosmetic clinics in California, so I wasn't sure what to expect here. I know what I know. I walked
in and was received with a warm welcome. Additionally, I was treated with so much respect, something I didn't get in CA, the girls out there are snotty. The place was clean, modern, airy! Another thing, the doctor went over my health history with me and explained some stuff that in my
previous 3 years of tox, I've never received. She was very kind, she took her time and was very gentle. She even had me ice my lips before the lip flip procedure, never before!! The price per unit was great too! Thank you so much!!! Keep up the great work! Out of all the places and experiences, I received the best service for Botox here in Texas! At Southwest Laser!!
